I have learned that being a woman over 40 has many more advantages than disadvantages. All we have to do is STOP trying to find our value between the covers of fashion magazines. I found a quote recently that says it better than I ever could. "...leads me to a startling conclusion: I am my age." We all need to embrace this idea and stop apologizing for the aging process.
